Over the past three decades, Todd Pearlman has founded and overseen entrepreneurial ventures with major focus and expertise in the marketing and sales of real estate, fund management and private company investment.

In addition to sitting on multiple boards, Todd currently serves as Executive Vice President; responsible for overseeing all components of Acquisition, Disposition, Leasing and Management for Yale Properties, USA, a full service, privately owned real estate investment and management firm with headquarters in La Jolla, California.  Mr. Pearlman has overseen a national portfolio consisting of more than three (3) million square feet of office, telecommunications, research and development and industrial properties in San Diego, San Francisco, Boston and Houston, valued at over $300M.  Mr. Pearlman holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of California at Los Angeles.
