Does talking to Jenny affect my credit?
No. Jenny asks for your credit range as you understand it. There is no credit pull of any kind during the consultation, and applying afterward uses a soft inquiry only, which does not affect your score.
Will Jenny quote me a rate?
Jenny will explain how each program is priced and give you a realistic sense of what to expect, so there are no surprises later. Exact rates and terms are determined at underwriting, based on your qualifications and the program you choose.
Do I have to apply?
No. The consultation is free and carries no obligation. If the timing is not right, Jenny will say so, and you are welcome back when it is.
What happens after the consultation?
